Will equip you with the knowledge, tools and resources to assess and grow a student's strengths, including a follow-up practical application day (dates and locations HERE), in a two-day training course ($590).

Step 1: Complete the two-day Strengths-Facilitator Training (this course)
Step 2: Implement the program to assess & grow the strengths of students at your own school
Step 3: Return for your one-day, Level 2 Certification training. Certified MyStrengths Facilitators are certified for 2 years.

Meet Your Trainers:
Dan Hardie & Ebony Basher
Dan is an experienced teen counsellor and the founder of MyStrengths Australia. He has authored 4 books for teens, and his work as a High School teacher, counsellor and speaker has seen him help tens of thousands of young people.
Ebony has been an educator for over 15 years, won accolades as the coach for the National Women's Oztag team, and been an advocate for women of colour in leadership. Her passion is to see less fortunate teens get the same opportunities to form positive identity and find their potential.
