About Your Presenter

Dan Hardie

Dan Hardie is an adolescent counsellor and founder of MyStrengths Australia, a school wellbeing partner that has worked with more than 150,000 young people across Australia.

With a Master of Applied Positive Psychology and more than 20 years’ experience working with teenagers, Dan specialises in helping young people build a stronger sense of identity, resilience and confidence in who they are becoming. His work has recently led to an invitation to speak at TEDx in the UK on helping teenagers develop a healthier view of themselves.

Dan combines research, practical experience and plenty of humour to equip parents and educators with practical ways to better understand, connect with and support the teenagers in their lives.
